A temporary DMBAU solid module building, the so-called garden wing, is bridging a phase of several renovation and new construction projects. It was and is important to the hospital management that patients are disturbed as little as possible by the construction work. In particular, the rooms in the garden wing should reflect the high standard of quality and aesthetics to which Zollikerberg Hospital is accustomed. For this reason, great importance has been attached to the materials used in the garden wing, as well as to the insulation values and the built-in bed lift. The two-storey building is connected to the main wing of Zollikerberg Hospital by a walkway
