Execution as general contractor

Four storeys of 990 m2 each were built for the castling building. This involved 1700 tons of building material for the solid module construction, which comprises 212 individual modules of 3 × 6 meters each. These individual solid modules were combined into larger rooms as required, for example for physiotherapy. The modules are grouped around a double lift shaft made of in-situ concrete as well as two stairwell towers, which provide additional stability and the necessary earthquake safety, and stand partly on a steel frame, under which there are paths for emergency vehicles and other transport The entire realization time for the castling building, from the first contact to the handover date, was only 15 months, including 7 months of total construction time on the site. Once again, the speed of solid modular construction technology came into its own.
