Our modular buildings are flexible, can be dismantled, moved to another location if necessary and rebuilt without compromising on quality.

We attach great importance to sustainability and rely on innovative construction concepts that make both ecological and economic sense. Our reusable modules are a central element of our philosophy. These modules can be flexibly and easily repositioned, which not only saves resources, but also enables a high degree of adaptability to changing needs. In this way, we reduce the need for new building materials and actively contribute to minimizing construction waste.

Another important component of our sustainable construction method is the use of wood as a building material. Wood is not only a renewable resource, but also helps to improve the carbon footprint by storing CO2 as it grows. By using wood in our construction projects, we rely on a natural and environmentally friendly resource that also meets high aesthetic and functional standards.

Through regular sustainability check-ups, we continuously review and optimize our processes in order to become even more environmentally friendly and meet the high demands of our customers. In this way, we are constantly evolving and remain a pioneer in sustainable construction.

In 2023, we successfully completed TFY-Consult 's Digital Sustainability Checkup and we are a member of the NNBS (Swiss Sustainable Building Network).
