Extension BZGS St.Gallen

Due to increasing student numbers, the BZGS felt compelled to construct a new building on a neighboring plot of land. As the general contractor, we realized a timber element construction that is designed for use for at least 20 years. Preparations were made to convert it into an office building at a later date. Cost and functionality, quality and flexibility were at the forefront of the planning and construction process. The result was a simple building with a modular structure. When choosing materials, the focus was on resistant and durable products such as concrete and fiber cement panels.
