Execution as general contractor

The temporary school building was erected on site during the 2022 summer vacations within a construction period of just 7 weeks and was put into operation on time for the start of the 2022/2023 school year. The modern building offers eight bright classrooms, six closed WC rooms as well as an IV WC, two technical rooms and a cleaning room. Decentralized ventilation provides the necessary air regulation for the sanitary facilities. An air/water heat pump is used as the heating system, which is located on the roof alongside a large PV system. The building has two entrances and barrier-free access via a ramp. The building can be expanded or extended at short notice. It adapts flexibly to changing requirements.
