An old vacation home was renovated. After demolition down to the basement ceiling, a two-storey timber element construction was built as an extension. All current standards (Minergie) and high finishing requirements were more than fulfilled. A timber façade was chosen for the external cladding. Rhomboid cladding was used, which was supplemented and broken up with natural slate panels. The construction deadline of seven months was met to the complete satisfaction of the client.
