Execution as general contractor

An old detached house with a stable was demolished. The new building was optimally positioned on the plot to meet the new user requirements. Timber element construction was used from the first floor upwards. And supplemented with conventional timber construction. The project is located in the hamlet zone, and all requirements were met with the materials used. A Thermo spruce façade with Tyrolean corners was chosen, allowing the building to be ideally integrated into the rural region.
