Detached house Calezzo-Intragna

The certified Minergie-P house is designed for 2 people and stands on a very steep slope terraced with dry stone walls. We constructed the upper floors precisely in accordance with the architectural specifications using timber element construction. We had to pay particular attention to the restricted truck access conditions (10m, without trailer) and the local conditions right from the planning stage. Therefore, the elements could not be too large for transportation, but at the same time not too heavy for the construction crane, which the master builder provided for assembly.
