The two-storey clubhouse is accessible both via a staircase and an elevator and has a semi-covered terrace. The degree of prefabrication is 75%, including the pre-installed building services. The building's façade is made of rockpanel in a shade of gray, designed in a marbled wood style that blends harmoniously into the surroundings. Inside the clubhouse, acoustic ceilings made of natural oak were installed on both floors to ensure pleasant room acoustics. The building complies with the MuKEn 2014 energy standard.
