McDonald’s Restaurant in Küssnacht
The new McDonald's branch in Küssnacht was constructed using modern timber elements. Thanks to a high degree of prefabrication and well-coordinated on-site assembly, the building was completed within eleven weeks. The two-story building is a prime example of efficient construction and demonstrates how modern catering projects can be implemented to a high standard of quality.
The new building in Küssnacht was planned and constructed entirely using timber elements. Among other things, the entire building envelope, the McDrive area, the roof waterproofing, and various canopies were delivered and installed, providing a weather-protected and inviting entrance area. In addition, the project included all exterior doors, load-bearing interior walls, interior doors, the internal staircase, and various steel components. With a usable area of around 660 m², the building offers optimal conditions for a modern, efficient, and highly customer-oriented restaurant operation.
