Laboratory building class CAT-IV

A three-storey building consisting of 150 solid elements measuring 7.20m x 3.60m was constructed on a solid basement. The basement houses storage, checkrooms, refrigeration and technical rooms. The ground floor and 1st floor contain laboratories, offices and WC facilities. On the 2nd floor there are additional meeting rooms, an auditorium and a cafeteria. Around a third of the space available on the 2nd floor is used for the large building services systems.
