Execution as general contractor

Things are not quite as spectacular as in the world's largest proton accelerator on the construction site of the new children's daycare center at CERN in Meyrin, but they are also moving at a rapid pace. The two-storey building with a total of 64 modules was completed on site in just 15 working weeks. Despite strict Covid measures and complex interior fittings. For example, the area of around 1200m2 is heated with underfloor heating, despite the modular construction. In addition to the complex building services system, a solar system is also integrated on the roof. Thanks to the simple Rockpanell façade, the building blends in almost seamlessly with its surroundings. Years of experience and high quality standards prove that DM-Bau AG is also the ideal partner for your project.
