Execution as general contractor

Whether room capacities are needed temporarily or permanently is sometimes less relevant than the time available until occupation. The students of the Neuchâtel University of Applied Sciences, for example, were able to move into their new school building, which covers 2,194 m2 on two floors, in November 2010, although the order was not placed until mid-June 2010. The building was used during the university's three-year renovation period. After this period of use, the building was relocated to Payerne, where it was also used as a school building. We took into account new requirements such as an elevator, a new wet room and kitchen combinations.
