Russikon medical practice (Flexicom)

The Rosengasse practice building in Russikon serves as an extension to the existing practice building. The color concept for the façade, shutters, doors and the pitched roof was based on the existing buildings.
This has allowed the extension to the practice to be fully integrated into the living environment. By using a self-sufficient air-heat pump system, the two treatment rooms, the waiting room and the storage and technical area are warmed in winter and cooled in summer. The period from the start of the foundation work to the handover of the building to the client was 4 weeks, whereby the pure installation and connection of the building to the infrastructure was completed within a week.
