In order to renovate a block of flats, the Kreuzlingen retirement center was looking for a new temporary home for its tenants. We erected a three-storey solid module building within just three months. The residents can enjoy contemporary comfort and remain in their familiar social environment in the immediate vicinity. The 13 rental apartments, divided into eleven 2½-room and two 3½-room properties, meet today's requirements for a residential building.
