Bodmer retirement home Chur

This building was constructed in 2007 and had already been used by two different clients. The third assignment followed in 2010 for the Bodmer retirement home foundation. The building was relocated to Chur with some investments for fire protection and the large terrace. The Bodmer retirement home used it as a dementia ward for 53 residents during the renovation phase of the main building. The temporary building was relocated again in 2012 and is now in use in Münsterlingen for the fourth time. This is sustainability as we understand it.
