Solid element construction

Would you like to contact us?

For solid element construction, building elements made of concrete, steel or wood are industrially prefabricated - including ceilings, walls and floors. A permanent building is then created on the construction site. Our buildings constructed using solid element construction combine the advantages of element and solid construction. They owe their short construction time with minimal emissions on the building site to element construction. In addition, they are built without load-bearing interior walls.

In addition, concrete floors ensure good room acoustics and the buildings can bear a high payload of up to 10 kN in the standard configuration. Last but not least, the supporting structure of a solid element building meets the requirements of fire protection class REI 60 nbb.
