Stäfa School extension Beewies
With the new Beewies school building, the municipality of Stäfa has opted for a modern, modular construction method. The three-storey building was constructed in a very short space of time and offers a functional and sustainable space concept with a total usable area of around 690 m² (approx. 230 m² per floor).
Special features include the acoustic ceilings in all classrooms and group rooms, which create an optimal learning environment, as well as integrated air-conditioning ceilings for efficient temperature control. A vertical lift provides barrier-free access to all floors. A photovoltaic system on the roof provides its own power supply and underlines the ecological design.
The project combines modern modular construction technology with high standards of comfort, energy efficiency and user-friendliness.
"DMBau quickly grasped our design ideas. The solutions were optimized in regular meetings, further developed for professional implementation and implemented to the highest quality standards, including adherence to deadlines and costs."
This statement by Cornelia Pauletti, SPARCS Architekten, underlines the reliable and constructive cooperation that DMBau maintains with its planning partners: clear coordination, targeted further development of the designs and implementation that combines adherence to deadlines, quality and cost certainty.
