Work Planner / Work Preparer for Wooden & Modular Buildings 100% (m/f)

We are looking for a motivated and committed individual for our location in Oberriet (SG) as a works planner/work planner for timber and modular buildings 100% (m/f) timber construction foreman or timber construction technician.

Your tasks

• Drawing of work & execution plans
• Further development of product family
• Creating dimensions
• Material procurement; price negotiations with suppliers
• Ensuring deadline, cost and quality targets are met
• Audit

Your qualifications

• Basic training as a carpenter
• Further training or training as a wood construction foreman or wood construction technician
• CAD – CADwork skills
• Confident use of Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience desirable
• Assertiveness, resilience, goal orientation and teamwork
• Leadership qualities
