Sales Manager, Timber Construction Project Business, full-time (m/f/d)

We are an established company in the field of modern timber and hybrid construction and carry out challenging projects in education, healthcare, residential, industrial, and commercial construction. Our strength lies in the combination of technical expertise, economic thinking, and consistent customer focus. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with industry knowledge and strong closing skills to fill the role of Sales Manager, Project Business Wood Construction 100% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for all sales activities and for achieving the defined order intake, sales, and earnings targets in your market area
  • Acquisition of new customers as well as active support and further development of existing customers and key accounts
  • Establishing and maintaining a network of builders, investors, architects, and planners
  • Independent handling of projects from initial contact to contract conclusion
  • Participation in bid calculations and economic assessment of projects
  • Economically viable contracts with margin responsibility
  • Ensuring a clean, traceable way of working (CRM, quotation system)
  • Close cooperation with office staff, costing, project management, and production
  • Compliance with quality standards and active support for the corporate vision

Your qualifications

  • Training or studies in construction (e.g., timber construction, building construction, ancillary construction industries)
  • Alternatively, background as an architect or civil engineer with a clear affinity for sales
  • Several years of experience in sales in the construction industry
  • Industry expertise and a good understanding of construction processes and standards
  • Concluding strength, confidence in negotiations, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of French is desirable
  • Driving license Cat. B
